Hôtel De Tourrel

Margot Stängle and Ralph Hüsgen’s Hôtel de Tourrel is located in the south of France, in the historical centre of the little town Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, which already inspired Van Gogh. With its impressive façade, the complex renovated house from the 17th century stands out from its historic neighbours. Upon request, guests can start their stay at Hôtel de Tourrel with being picked up from Marseille’s airport by the hotel’s own goddess – a restored Citroen DS. At the hotel’s restaurant guests enjoy the authentic Mediterranean cuisine of Laurent Brunacci. The native South French was Head Chef at various 5-star hotels in New York and Dubai over the past 20 years. Furthermore, the hotel offers a wine shop, in which Ralph Hüsgen sells 400 different wines mainly from the region and France. It is the most exciting spot to enjoy a pleasant glass of wine in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

The private mansion of the 17th century was extended with a modern wing. Nowadays Hôtel de Tourrel welcomes its guests in an unique ambience with original stone works, spacious rooms, high-quality materials, a colour concept inspired by nature and skilfully combined classical design pieces delight the eye. Seven rooms, each individually designed, are offered by the small luxury hotel. The hotel’s roof terraces are an extraordinary pleasure with one offering a picturesque view over the tiled roofs of Saint-Rémy and the mountains, the other one with a private pool.

Rates start at EUR 250 per room per night.
