Kitz Boutique Chalet

The exclusive Kitz Boutique Chalet with just three apartments opened in December 2013 and is located in Kirchberg next to Kitzbühel, Austria. The Chalet is a cosy and private retreat for a total of 14 people. Its modern, timeless and individual concept is designed by Stefan Schramm, a Munich architect and designer. All important sights and leisure activities, like skiing in the Kitzbühel Alps or golfing at lake Schwarzsee, hiking through the mountains or shopping through the pedestrian area of Kitzbühel, are just a few minutes from the Chalet. Every morning the Chalet offers a breakfast basket with local, homemade, Austrian products delivered by the concierge at a desired time.

The 3 Chalets ‚Holunder’, ‚Lavendel’ and ‚Alpenrose’ feature wood walls that are specifically manufactured from 200 year-old entirely untouched wood, oaken floor boards, solid natural stone floors, sinks made of stone and walls elaborately smoothed over with naturally impregnated slaked lime. On three floors and 365 sqm, up to 14 people can enjoy double rooms with box spring beds, with a bathtub or a rain shower, fireplaces, outdoor jacuzzis and saunas and dining areas. All year round, the concierge can arrange private wellness treatments, taking care of ski passes and ski lessons, silently place a breakfast basket in front of your door in the morning or organize a barbecue class with the BBQ World Champion Steffen Eichhorn.

Rates start at EUR 4200 per week for max. 4 person
