Mandarin Oriental Prague

Lying on the left bank of the Vltava River and built on the site of a former 14th century monastery, Mandarin Oriental Prague is situated in the streets of Prague’s ‘little quarter’, the picturesque Mala Strana and close to Prague Castle. The restaurant Spices offers modern Czech and Asian cuisine, tea is served in the Baroque colonnade and cocktails in the stylish Barego. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Prague is the only spa in the world located in a former Renaissance chapel and offers seven serene treatment suites and a variety of private heat and water facilities. The Spa is linked to the hotel by an underground passageway, allowing guests to retreat to their rooms in complete privacy.

The 79 rooms have their own individual character, combining historic elements with contemporary design. The rooms located in the new Garden Wing are especially spacious with floor to ceiling windows. The views are either over the garden, cobbled streets or Prague Castle. Each of the 20 suites exudes history, some with a sweeping Baroque arch and others a vaulted ceiling or antique floor. They range from the rustic duplex junior suite to the grand Presidential suite with private dining terrace and views of Prague Castle. High-definition LCD screens are featured in the bedrooms, bathrooms and the Suites’ individual sitting room.

Rates start at EUR 285.

Mandarin Oriental Prague has been named Travellers’ Choice Winner in Top Hotels, Luxury and Best Service in the Travellers’ Choice Awards 2015.
