Close to the highest mountain of Germany the ‘Zugspitze’ and not far from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Das Kranzbach offers a maximum of peace and quiet to its guests. The hotel, only accessible by private road, is situated in a huge valley and is surrounded by forests and mountains. The Kranzbach Restaurant serves a 5-course choice menu which is prepared by the chef and his kitchen team. The team uses fresh herbs from the hotel garden and a variety of regional and organically grown food from small local businesses and farms. Additionally to the restaurant the Kranzbach hotel provides the Mary Portman Bar, 4 extra lounges with open fire places and a winter garden where guests can enjoy their drinks. The Pool House is a pure wellness oasis with 5 pools, 8 saunas and steam baths.
