Suvretta House hosts star chef Fabrizio Zanetti whose previous stations were Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill in London as well as various Kempinski Group houses in St. Moritz and most recently in northern China. He is known for his market-fresh French cuisine in the hotel’s elegant Grand Restaurant. The Suvretta Stube on the other hand offers Swiss specialties. The Chasellas restaurant is a meeting place for hikers, skiers and gourmets and it is considered a gastronomic highlight. Delicacies of the French and the Italian cuisine are being served.
